Q. What happens after I order?
A. Once your order is placed via our website you will automatically be sent a confirmation email and a pack in the post to send us your contents. Once we receive this back we will create your piece and return to you.
Q. How do I send the contents?
A. We will send you a pack once an order is placed that has all you need to send us your contents, Including instructions. Our customer service team are there for support if required.
Q. Do you offer one off items?
A. Yes. We know how important it is to have the item reflect your loved one exactly as you imagine. If you have something in mind that you can't see on our website, get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Q. How long is the turnaround time?
A. The time taken to prepare the final item is approximately two weeks. We will always keep you updated.
